Parent resources

Everything a new family asks in the first two weeks, in one place. If something here is wrong or missing, tell us and we'll fix it.

What your player needs

A glove, cleats (rubber, not metal, through 12U), and a water bottle with their name on it.

We provide the jersey, hat, and game balls. Bats and helmets are shared at the youngest levels — you do not need to buy one to start.

Game day

Arrive about 30 minutes before the start time on your schedule. That one time is the only time we publish — there is no separate warm-up time to keep track of.

Games are called for weather by the board, not by coaches. If a game is cancelled you'll get an email and a text; nothing is posted to a field status page you'd have to remember to check.

Thunder means we stop

Any thunder clears the fields for 30 minutes, restarting with each new rumble. Coaches do not have discretion on this one.

Which division your child plays in

Age is measured on one date for the whole season. The list below comes straight from this season's settings, so it cannot drift out of date.
